Sabrel Cheese from Pablo is a must try for cheese lovers. You can choose from three flavors including Sabrel Cheese White, Truffle Salt and Green Matcha. A bit on the costly side offered at PhP499 a box (9 pieces). Out of the three, I like the Sabrel Cheese White. It’s made of Langue De Chat with a blend of parmesan cheese and gouda cream cheese filling. These cookies are so rich in flavor that I was only able to try one at a time. A light snack or desert that’s perfect for a cup of tea or hot drink.
