Pound by Todd English, Bonifacio High Street

Time to check out the new fancy burger in town! Pound by Todd English. They have a promo called Pay What You Want, that’s going to be from February 5 to 10, 2016 from 10am to 10pm. Order (anything on the menu, except for the Pound Burger), eat and pay what you want. I imagine there’s gonna be a long line coming on Friday!

 

Not only my tummy was given a treat, but it brought me to a whole new level of experience. The cost of their food is very economical and budget friendly, for a place like High Street! Its good! Thanks Aldous for inviting me to tag along in the opening party of Pound in B3 High Street, Bonifacio Global City.

This place is a treat and the food is even better. 1920s inspired, every corner of Pound is carefully thought of and not left untreated, red bricks painted into white to make it look natural, from their rustic walls, brass and gold mugs, wooden plates and containers, the exposed pipes, it really set the style. Their goal was to offer small menu (but pefectly executed food) and make the place seem an affordable luxury as Erik Dee, from Foodee Global Concepts described it. They are the team behind Mesa, Tim Ho Wan and Todd English Hall. He also mentioned that they will definetly add delectable food to their menu as they go along.

Their menu’s price point is Php200-300 per person! Now if you really can’t force your friend to go eat burger and Asahi Slush beer with you, there’s salad and wine! priced around 150-250 tops. Affordable right! Check this out! find those pound sign! 🙂
