Our Dream Wedding
Three months ago, I married my sweetheart/boyfriend of 11 years. What a relief to have finally achieved something we have dream for years… and planned for a year! The journey was pretty much exhausting but when that day finally came over, we know that all that we have done (and spent) was worth it. Sure it wasn’t at all perfect, but I married the man I love and who loves me and that’s perfect enough. Ohh! Can I just say my make up was perfect too! hehe
I would have blogged every little detail about the planning not to mention the headaches we got from some suppliers, but I just couldn’t find the heart (and time) to do so. It still hasn’t sunk in that now I am someone’s wife. Because even after the wedding up until now, I still refer to my husband as boyfriend. I know. Lol.
Our Big Thank-yous
Thank you to our Ninongs and Ninangs, our parents, maid of honor, best man, bridesmaid, groomsmen, secondary sponsors, flower girls and bearers. Also, to our dear family, relatives, friends and colleagues and especially those who we have not seen for a long time.
Thank you all so much. 🙂 we know that this “thank yous” took so long but still we’d like to personally thank our suppliers and all those people who have helped us achieve a wonderful wedding. Seeing you family and friends gathered on our special day greeted us with warm smiles, congratulations and best wishes.

to our Ninong and Ninangs – To Ninang Josie, Ninang Crispina, Ninang Emma, Ninong Boy, Ninang Jean and Ninong Fel – a heartfelt thank you for agreeing to be our second parents and for witnessing our vows. To Ninong Angelo and Ninang Pepper for sending us to Before I Do Workshop and for hosting a delicious dinner at your house that night, for sharing your wisdom and lets not forget the wine 🙂
to my maid of honour, Danish, my sister, for keeping up with my favours and requests. I assure you, that when its your turn, we will help you just the same.
to our best man, Carlo, it was great having you by my side and you were a huge help in keeping me calm before the ceremony.
to my bridesmaids, Christine, Carolyn and Arianne. thank you for saying yes to be on my side and for all your suggestion and comments. Christine, for helping out with my Bridal Shower, i knew you’d take care of the props and set design you are one of the most talented person I know, (and for teaching the others how to use the bubble gun you bought for our exit haha). Calyn, for visiting me in my office and for keeping me sane with your kwentos. Arianne, for helping out with setting of the laptop.
to our groomsmen, Ryan, Lloyd and Voltaire. Thank you for the support and the laughs you gave me to take off the nerves on the big day. Many thanks for everything, you guys were a great help to us and we couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated groomsman.

Alvin and Emz, thank you for being part of our entourage, you both make a great team, Denmark, my brother, thank you for the perfect wedding gift, send Jamie our thanks too, Sirius, for whispering “the Lannisters, send their regards” right after you placed the wedding cord around us, that absolutely made us laugh at the altar haha, thank you for helping out with the laptop too. Chriszandra and Joana, thank you for making me laugh at the altar too you girls were really silly. haha.
to the parents of our flower girls and bearers, thank you for saying yes! your kids were really cute! hehe.
to Olga Balais for organizing and hosting the best bridal shower. I don’t know how you do it with your very tight schedule but thank you! of course thank you to Ms. Geng, Jen, Ethyl, Arlene, Mhacy, Grace, Jasmin, Jhing, Calyn I’ll never forget that day haha! I miss hanging out with you guys 🙁 to Sef for always being the funny gay hehe, to Joana for being the funny gay girl haha, to Christine, Danish, Jamie and Arianne for coming too.:)
