Test Kitchen Caffe, BF International Las Piñas

My husband and I had dinner reservation in The Nest at Vivere Hotel (Filinvest Alabang) to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, unfortunately because of heavy horrible traffic in SLEX (from EDSA) we cancelled on the way and thought of some place else. After almost 3 hours on the road, we arrived at Test Kitchen Caffe in BF International Las Piñas City. We will definitely go back as everything really tastes good! Oreo cheesecake sealed the deal for me!

One thing’s for sure, the husband loved the Pork Liempochon as for me I liked it, except for the gingery taste. It is slow oven roasted pork belly with cebuano twist. It comes with mango salsa as side dish, but wife gets what she wants so I took it off his plate. haha!

Everyone knows how I violate tomato ketchup a lot, most especially with chickens. For this menu, I didn’t need ketchup, or gravy at all, Peri Peri Chicken is soo tasty and juicy!  Its yummy! I would order it again.
